SlimeNest Safety Guide
Welcome to this magical feast of adventure! Before we begin, please read and agree to the following covenant.
{ The Principles of RACK & SSC }
Every adventurer knows that great rewards come with accepting risk.
At Slime Nest, we strive to provide a space where everyone can safely and authentically be themselves.
Here, safety and enjoyment are never just part of the atmosphere—
they are a shared responsibility of every participant.
The following "magical codes" outline the principles of RACK, SSC, and Affirmative Consent. We ask everyone to understand and uphold them together.
Two Core Ethical Principles of BDSM Practice
RACK — Risk-Aware Consensual Kink
By participating, you agree that all activities take place only after everyone involved understands the associated risks and gives clear, informed consent.
Regardless of the intensity of a scene or the roles involved, every interaction should include the following:
- Risk Awareness — Understand the potential physical and emotional effects of every activity.
- Informed Consent — Ensure that everyone involved fully understands and willingly agrees beforehand.
- Personal Responsibility — If you are under the influence of alcohol, medication, or experiencing emotional instability, please refrain from participating.
If you are unsure whether you are in the right state to participate, have the courage to say "Pause."
That is not a sign of weakness—it is one of the greatest forms of respect for yourself and everyone around you.
(If you find it difficult to make that decision, please ask a staff member for assistance.)
Within the RACK framework, both the initiating party and the receiving party share responsibility for managing risk.
Every interaction should be built upon understanding, respect, and care, ensuring mutual safety and trust.
SSC — Safe, Sane, Consensual
SSC represents the minimum ethical standard for everyone in this space.
- Safe — Do not use dangerous behavior simply to push personal limits.
- Sane — Participate only while sober, clear-minded, and capable of making rational decisions.
- Consensual — Consent must be explicit, ongoing, and may be withdrawn at any time.
{ Affirmative Consent }
"They didn't say no" does NOT mean "they said yes."
Please communicate openly and ask for clear verbal consent before initiating any activity.
Only proceed after receiving an explicit "Yes," "Okay," or other unmistakable agreement.
At all times, remember the safe word for the event.
If at any point you feel uncomfortable, uncertain, or unsafe, say the safe word loudly. A staff member will immediately come to assist you.
The universal safe word is: RED
Responsibility & Venue Management
This venue operates under a Safety First policy.
If a participant becomes intoxicated, emotionally unstable, or behaves in a manner that may endanger themselves or others, staff members reserve the right to take appropriate action.
Such actions may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the participant in taking a break
- Pausing or ending the scene
- Requiring the participant to leave the venue
This is a private venue, and all events are invitation-only. The organizers reserve the final right to make decisions regarding participation and venue management.
By remaining and participating within this venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this covenant, and that you will uphold these principles throughout your participation.
If you do not agree, please leave the venue immediately.
Slime Nest belongs to everyone who is willing to respect both themselves and others.
